i dunno about the new B8, but the previous B5 and B6 S4's werent that bad. granted, i will admit there was more understeer than i first expected, but it was still nice :dunno:

I have a house... even if i didn't its not for me
i guess they offered the 2.5L engine in canada.
never driven it so i can't comment on the engine but the chassis should be same/similar to 328i
i checked bmw canadas site, they don't have any special lease offers like in the US. That price is for a base model? on the website it says for 2009 323i lease is $379/month
