IMHO

sony = over rated for the amount of money they cost.

the instore price for the XBR are ridiculous and they are not that "great" of a tv... budget wise the Panasonic plasma or the Toshiba Regza are a better all round tv.

i dont know a real lot about them but my uncle works for hometheater install team and HT dealer in Westchester NY and the average install costs about $300,000-$400,000.
He informs me once in while about whats good and whats overrated/overpriced.

he personally has the Pioneer Elite Plasma and HOLY SHIT! ( i believe thats the best tv you can buy right now)
