My ex's friend started as BP then within 4 years moved through the ranks QUICK and is now making 6 figures, and doesn't even see the border. He does questioning and investigations

 

I know a couple of people who supposedly make 100-120K /yr, but I wasn't sure if they were serious so I brushed it off h:

my brother applied for BP but got denied.

supposedly if you dont know anyone who's already in there, its pretty hard to pass all the screening

 

:wtf: bp is in desperate need. they've increased the max. age to 40, reduced the entry requirements, and the academy is much easier than in the past. only way he didnt get hired is if he didnt meet the fitness/medical requirements and/or background investigation. just take a look at all their advertisements (nascar, rodeo's, honor guard at sporting events, tv/radio commercials, etc..)

they need people. with the overtime, auo, locality, noncompetitive promotions, retirement, .. you can make some good money.

but the job sucks big time... reason why attrition is so high.

 

well my brother has some bad credit - like collection agency stuff - and they said that during the field tests, he was too reluctant to draw his weapon.

he's in shape and 35 years old - so i dunno
