$50 to $100 on the weekends if I am going out to the bars with friends, otherwise $20 - $50. I usually use my debit / cc though.

I usually only carry cash if I'm planning on going somewhere where I'll need to pay to park or somewhere that doesn't take plastic.

Right now I think I have about $15 in my wallet or something...leftover from someone paying me back the $20 they owed me.
