Good Morning. For a Monday, I feel pretty good. Bought me a couple boxes of instant oatmeal to keep at work and a large mug to heat it up in. Mmmmmm it was good.

eatin a yogurt for breakfast, have a meeting in 15 then headed out to the other side of the state to work out of a hotel suite for the rest of the day. sounds like since im the young guy i get to work on the couch :/
