Default Would you invest now?

in the market if you didnt plan on taking it out in like 30+ years or perhaps when it gets better? If you had the money say 5-10k?

Yes. If I had the money I would invest.
GM would probably be good for a long term investment.

Within the month I would invest in a few index funds; (S&P 500, Russel 2000) and an international fund of sorts.

If you are going to hold for 30+ years then you shouldn't be concerned with current market conditions anyway.

They're saying people in their 20s would be best to invest now because everything's so low.

But who "they" are.. I'm not sure. Just something I've heard.
