Just had the pre lease turn in inspection for the A4
It's going back to the dealer 2.5weeks early.
So glad to have gotten rid of that bish... umm I'm turning it in next monday

not a nice car.
lots of squeeks and rattle within the first 2000miles. dealer was never able to get rid of any of them. I ended up wedging several pennies in various places to stop the squeeks. rattles i just lived with
oil consumption of 1qt at 5000, then 10000 then 15000, then it started to consume at a faster rate. 4000miles and last time i put in a qt there was only 3500miles from previous qt.
turbo started surging around 14K miles. dealer said it's not an issue... ummm okay, started getting worse and Divertor valve finally threw a code at 25K miles. got it back and a week later turbo surges again... engine sound like shit... I doubt it will last another 30K miles.
I could go on but over all it's just a boring car to drive.

for the record, my previous A4 with the 1.8T (weak ass engine btw
) never had any problems in the 36k miles ive owned it. other than a single bad coil pack that my dealer replaced for free in a day.

there were some good things.... it was invisible to cops as there are tons of them in socal :rofl:
it also got good MPG. 32mpg on the freeway which isn't too bad at all.
