I like it a lot. Up to about 25 feet, there's not much accuracy difference between it and my full-size G27. Beyond 25 feet it definitely gets less accurate, but that's probably because of the reduced sight length as opposed to the guns actual accuracy.

In stock form my pinky doesn't sit on the grip, so I got a couple of magazine extension that add a pinky rest. One +0 and one +1. The +0 is the one I normally use. The +1 barely adds any size, but I've had that mag jam on me a couple times so I don't use it. The +0 is awesome though, and if I need an extra mag I just bring along a 15 round G27 mag. I think the 9+1 capacity of .40 is plenty, at least for me. The only time it's a problem is if I'm doing a lot of shooting at the range.

 

tell me more about your hi-point

i have a friend with one, he swears by it.... he has a couple thousand rounds without a jam yet.... he said its not a very glamerous weapon but it serves its purpose.

 

Where do I get one of those full size G27s? :chuckles:

 

I've got 7 of them. I'll trade you one for a 1911.
