Everyday it drops I laugh, how do you feel about it?

It sucks for people my parents age because they are just watching their retirement get flushed down the toilet. Just in the past month my dad has lost more that 20k on his retirement fund. He just keeps adding years till he retires.

1st day I would have made the move into bonds, something more stable, move it back once the market stabilizes.

All I've got invested in stocks right now is my retirement account, and obviously I don't need that for another 30-40 years. So I'm not too worried. We were at this same DOW average merely 5 years ago, and the markets obviously recovered to an all-time high 1 year ago, so I'm sure we'll be back on track within 3-7 years. You shouldn't have anything invested in stocks that you plan on needing in the next 5-10 years anyway.
