the problem is that it's already too late. I dont remember you posting much 2 years ago, or even last year really. Now you come back and say "Hey mods i want this place to be like it was before".

I remember before I joining, I used to just lurk. The basement was full of entertainment. I used to it to pass long days at work.

Don't get me wrong. HAN is still full of great stuff, but it as evolved into something different. Just like most things after enough time passes.

 

i'm sure of it... i'm just saying that if they want a whore board there are other solutions. i mean look at lostpower. that board is only about whoring. it's fun once in a while. But really get old dont you think?

Going back back to something that already evoluated to some different is almost impossible.

thats why i left. but it seems to have gotten 100% better.

for a while you couldnt express anything without getting warnings or getting locked down. this thread would have been locked long ago and person banned at one time. precrash it was pretty good but there was still rules. chris the webmaster ran a pretty loose shift.

 

There use to be mad whoring back in the day, and some of the mods contributed to the whoring. I'm not saying it was a good or bad thing. I'm just saying

 

not sure how i feel about all this myself. Sure, it has changed but i've changed a lot in 7 years also as have many other members that have been here as long or longer. I think sometimes the whoring and flaming is very childish and honestly, THAT pushes me away from the site. On the other hand, there are definitely fun whore-ish threads that are enjoyable to participate in.
