Well, I'm not poorer if that's what you want me to say. My firm gets the $$$, but my bonus is 2 months away and my eval is 3 months away. I've won every trial and arbitration and mediation I've touched with this firm. Sometimes you lose, but that's because I wasn't part of that team. HO HE HO

I'm not THAT good, but I have been very fortunate that opposing counsel has always sucked.
