you should consider changing your work way before taking the decision you are making.
if switching jobs will not work out for you, like GSRchick said, have the staff at your workplace to give you flexible hours for finishing your usual duties while still making it to class. Other than that you're sol.

It depends. Are you the type to overwork yourself to the point of breakdown? Or do you work better under pressure? Go with what your gut is telling you. In a decision like this.. it's better to trust your gut over HAN.
