Cooking crew V. Salmon
Hi guys, its my turn to cook dinner tonite, and i wanted to make some salmon... how do you guys do it? any tips? :thumbup:

or you can use a lil olive oil and then grill it
i'm not a fan of salmon but if i grill it and use a bourbon sauce it can come out ok enough for me

I just put sea salt on the flesh side then pan cook it in olive oil.

Salmon steaks/fillets or with skin? All depends For Steaks/fillets, a simple bake with butter (or olive oil) and lemon, 1/2 tsp of garlic 1/4 onion diced, 2 roma tomatoes diced and some thyme. Kosher salt and pepper.. Wrap up in foil and bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes. Serve with sauteed green beans and shallots and you're good to go.

Costco has a mango salsa. Cook the salmon with that. It tastes amazing. I'm not even a salsa fan
