Default Rash?

So the past couple of weeks I've had this "rash", and was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for a skin moisturizer/healer/anti itch cream or something.

It's right directly below my waist, and I think one of my new belts lined with small metal studs is irritating it..

..any suggestions are welcome

Hydrocortisone cream. If it is not the belt it might be the moisture around that area causing fungal growth, therefore you might need lamisil cream. Any more description of the rash?
