Have her stand on the balls of her feet and drop down onto her heels. If she screams and falls over in pain, she has appendicitis. If not, she might now.
The pain with appendicitis will double every hour or so.

Thanks very much Marshy, I'll have her do that now...

edit: Nothing when she did that, no pain at all when she dropped onto heels. Plus, the pain isn't doubling every hour, staying pretty steady for ~6hrs.

No appendicitis, :yay:

Just wait it out. Worst case scenario is that her appendix bursts. No biggie, I mean after all, consulting with HAN is much more meaningful than seeing a doctor.

No health insurance helps to legitificate (it's a word) advice from the Basement h:

I'll take her though if it gets real bad(until later when I leave that is), but I think she'll be alright.

If your appendix ruptures, it spews toxins into your body cavity. The toxins are then absorbed into surrounding organs. If seepage occurs, organs around the appendix are removed, washed, and placed back into the body.

After this is done, nothing fits like the way it used to, and she might experience all types of pain afterwards for weeks to come. A hospital stay of a week is common.

If you're worried about it being a money thing, I'd really not factor in "oh, it'll get better" ... because if you wait, you'll end up costing yourself several thousand more.

I can see where saving some money would be more important than one's well being.
