Default cell phone provider internets (usb)

lets say i have two locations i need the internets on. thinking about those usb laptop thingys but they are capped at 5GB for at&t. is there another solution?

only 1 of the 2 locations have a phone line, trying to avoid installing two separate internet services.

i need internet service that can be shared in two separate locations. im looking into services through cell phone providers (3G) but they seem AT&T seems to be capped at 5gb. is there anything else?
