Back in High school I was a jeweler and could have gotten gold at like $295/ounce

Interest rates are bonkers right now. I got word from my lending guy this morning that 30 year fixed non-jumo loans are going for 5.6% right now. If you're buying a house or refinancing LOCK NOW. :crazyr:
