Aside from the fact that we have owned and used this number for over a year I would think that within that years time we would notice that the people calling us have used the 800 number just fine up until recent when suddenly people finally get through to us and mention the number not working.

So have we tested it? yep I think we can say we have

Anyways it is back in order but we are still dumping Packet8 as our phone provider, between their customer service and them not locking in our number like they were supposed to they just aren't worth the headaches or blood pressure issues.
