NIS, the makers of Disgaea (the bestest tactical RPG evar), are making a spinoff 2.5D sprite-based sidescroller for PSP. I was originally holding my breath for FF Dissidda, but this appeals to me even more

Jean D'arc > Disgaea

 

He's a penguin, that's got victory written all over it.

Dunno. Disgaea had the perfect combination of humor, fun gameplay, a good 30-odd independent character classes (And about 8 levels of each class too), weapon/strategy flexibility, and literally infinite gameplay.

Jeanne D'arc was really good, but I liked Disgaea more. Hell, I liked Disgaea more than Advance Wars (Tactical non-RPG), and I made that game my slut.

 

reminds me of Metal Slug too.

Doesn't look to bad, but I'm still partial to FFTactics, and would like to try the PSP version.
