I am trying to find out how much they charge per month for unlimited.

its 60 + tax and you only get 5 gb of data after that they charge you up the ass

My dad has an internal one on his laptop. I don't know about the charge, as the company pays for it.

But it works pretty well, it's only dropped off while going through alligator ally in the dead center of florida.
