Default So I finally got caught...

That's it, no more wheelies I got slammed this morning for reckless driving for doing a wheelie on my way to work. I guess in NY that's a 5 point misdemeanor with a minimum $300 fine. Fortunately my step dad is very good friends with a trooper so I am going to have him call the guy today. Why must laws take all the fun out of life? :wtc:

Pete, there are plenty of other places to be doing wheelies so dont get mad at the fuzz for doing their job.

I did a wheelie on my 250 once....it was kind of an accident. I was launching it on purpose...but since it's a 250 I really didn't think I could get the front end up....but I did

Eh, I've been doing them for a while. I never do them without all my gear on and never out of first gear so I am going pretty slow. Weren't any cars around me either. It really isn't a completely unsafe maneuver.
