Fry/scramble some eggs and add hot sauce to the bbq sauce. You'll be fine, unless you wanna have some cockmeat as Brett suggested.

Scrambled eggs with hot sauce (Tapatio is best) then eat dry cereal out of the bag (better than you think) Go shopping tomorrow first chance you get.
