@15 hours a week for a year, I'm looking at 36GB in Xbox360 time a year.

I really do think YouTube will be the biggest load. :hs:

Is it only 50mb per hour down? or is up included? Unless they provide a bandwidth monitor I don't see how this will fly all too well. I think the Japanese are limited to 30gb per day h:

Exactly. They can't enforce a rule that the user can't measure.

It's like being issued a speeding ticket without the invention of speedometers.

just playing devil's advocate here, but that works out to 8+ gigs/day, which is a lot. if you're pulling down 8gb every 24 hours, for 30/31 days straight, you'll know it.

this isn't like 80mph in a 65mph zone. it's more like 100mph in a school zone.

Well I don't like your devil, nor do I like you advocating him h: Still unless they provide some means of monitoring or notification of how much you've used a day/at the moment, it seems pretty arbitrary. They can lie and you'd never know.

i think alot of providers that limit daily/weekly usage have online meters ... like you log in to their site and it tells you your usage

they would have to for places like the UK and other countries where limiting is quite common

250gb per month is a shitload. The only people that will hit that are heavy heavy file sharers.

that's again, assuming a month. They never mentioned a time window.
