I dunno. It was weird. It was apparently a "noise" thing. And also girlfriends are included in that overnight rule, so the girlfriend can only stay the night one night a week. WTF. I was going to just ignore that and tell them to stuff themselves if it became a problem, but they want a $100 cash privilege to deal with that? Fuck it.

only time i've heard that is when it was a new car purchased out of state. at the time of registering it you pay the tax that you didn't pay in the other state.

I dunno. They were kind of weird about it. One of the girls there was saying that her boyfriend visits on Wednesdays, and that's it. I mean, I understand the limiting of guests, but to say a girlfriend can only come over one night a week?
It would be the first place for me to limit something like that. Hell, my last place looked forward to visits from the girlie, as she whipped up meals and we always gave out the leftovers to the roomies.
