I didn't want to steal from SEMAs site as I would rather link to the article instead. It is just proper etiquette.
Automotive spy photog Brenda Priddy says this heavily dressed SUV/wagon-looking thing is Acura's unnamed sport crossover for 2010.
"In typical Acura fashion, early prototypes are often tested only after dark, and this was no exception." Priddy says. Contrary to the camouflaged disguise, Priddy says sources tell her that the vehicle will have more coupe-like styling. She also believes the CUV may ride on the same chassis as the newly debuted 2009 TL and would probably indicate very similar V6 powertrains.

The rear half of that roofline looks out of whack.
I'm betting that it'll be a TL-S based four-door "coupe" like the CLS-class Benz or the Passat CC.

Agreed... it's a shot in the dark with that much camo on it.
But in the rear 3/4, you can see the roofline start to drop about where the C-pillar would be on a sedan.
And in the side elevation, from the C-pillar back, the roofline looks more like taut fabric than the usual rumpled camo over sheet metal. Lastly, assuming those are 19" wheels from the TL, the hip point is awfully low for a crossover.
But yeah, it's all a wild-arsed guess.
