Powerlifting is too injury-inducing for me. I don't see how people do it.

To get all technical, "powerlifting" is pretty different from olympic lifting. Most powerlifters concentrate on bench, deadlift, and squat. Oly lifters do the clean and jerk and snatch. Of course, people get injured doing both. Just thought I'd say...
