healthy crew v.fish oil
anybody take this stuff?
i started today... to help me lower my cholesterol and hopefully help with some knee & ankle stiffness i have been dealing with...
so if you are taking it, im interested in knowing what type of results you have seen, if any...

I only hear good things from the people that sell it.. so i don't take it.
Independant study to me just means they paid someone.
I don't see a bunch of people jumping to promote the product for free... meh
Can't be all that great.

1. if you dont say good things about what you are selling, you should be fired.
2. if you dont trust an independant study, what resource do you trust for information regarding any product?
3. how would you know if those promoting any product are doing it for free, especially if you are skeptical that even an independant study group is being paid off?

I don't trust people that claim to be something. And of the people here, i have not seen someone with great results.
Of the things that i have found work well 100% is from personal reccomendation. 0% is from a tv ad telling me that it works great, or an "independant study" on a tv ad telling me it works.
