Of all the people who are dissing the minivan, who has actually driven one for any length of time and also driven an SUV for a long period of time? The van out-handles and in general IMHO out performs equally equipped SUVs
I've been in long trips with my cousins/nieces/nephews all under 10... and minivan>SUV h: but I don't have a kid of my own so I have really no say preferably I'd rather have one for the kids comfort...
lol. just TRY and fit a full sized SINGLE stroller in a trunk...let alone a double.
After having the element and now the odyssey, i can't imagine not having one. So convenient to have the extra space for all the shite that kids always require. Add a dog or 2...yeah, you get the point. Plus the new Odysseys are PIMP inside. I love driving it.
It's possible but not too convenient. I can fit our double jogging stroller in the trunk of my Accord with no problem. But I have to take the sub out first.
We have a Sienna and it's true, you can fit 2 kids and all the crap in a car, but when it comes to any sort of outing like camping or road trips, the space of a minivan is priceless with 2 kids.
