So yeah.

I canceled my order.

I did some thinking about it and after I drove the car I didn't particularly like it. I have already reclaimed my deposit and I'm sure someone lower down the list than me is thrilled to have my spot in line.

I've been looking at potential (ghasp) Miata replacements that will have an actual roof and quasi-reasonable practicality but it's shocking how cheap my Miata is to insure compared to most cars that tend to meet what I'm looking for, and well, I don't want to travel too far. Also interest rates suck right now. I've got a few potentials. Want to finally make a move in the next couple weeks.

Well, the dealer said the Taffeta White one that was coming down the pipe was delayed for unknown reasons. He snatched me a Blue Sensation Pearl from another dealer. My only complaints are that the ride is a bit stiff over bumps, expansion joints, etc and this thing definitely needs tint. I sometimes feel like im driving a mobile terrarium. :chuckles:
