ahh, the joys of owning a honda.
Just sucks because I'm still kinda wrapping my head around the cost of the motor, and now new wheels and tires have to be addressed before I can even do the swap. The tires were pretty shot, so that's no real loss, but the wheels could've still cleaned up pretty well. Now I don't know whether I just want to get some steelies or cheap old integra wheels or something, or actually put up the money for something decent. 

i got some wheels, but they have brake debre on them. probably need to be power sanded and painted but you are more then welcome to them. i would sell them for 100 and shipping. they have shot tires on them. they are konig.

Not sure of the offset or if they are too skinny but you can find Honda Fit Alloys for around $300 with tires. They may be a bit skinny but you are driving a civic so I'm not sure. Offset may be off too.
