It's almost time for my 90K service and I'm paranoid about leaving my car overnight at the shop.

My roomate has a set of 15" Enkei RS5s I'm sure he'd sell you for real cheap. He hasn't owned a car that would fit them in 2.5 years, they've just been sitting on our balcony collecting dust. The rims are in good shape, but the tires are shot (and one is blown). He was asking $200 for them when we posted them on CL a couple years ago, but he got lazy and never got around to selling them. He'd probably go a lot cheaper nowadays.

Not sure of the offset or if they are too skinny but you can find Honda Fit Alloys for around $300 with tires. They may be a bit skinny but you are driving a civic so I'm not sure. Offset may be off too.

looking for at least 6.5 wide for alloys... preferably 7, but slim pickins in a 15" diameter.
