Yeah I'm in SoCal.

Don't really know what it's called. Photorealistic 3D modeling? I dunno :rofl:

Here are some things my friend and I did for freelance a couple years ago. I did the texturing but he did all the lighting so it looks realistic.

Those were in one of those real estate magazines, the ones that advertise blank lots and stuff. But instead of a colored pencil sketch we did a few in 3D. That way clients can actually look at what the house will look like before it even gets built. We can change colors on the fly and stuff too.

I'm thinking about going back to doing that as a side gig but I have no time when I get home
