Typically, Amazon Prime is a 30 day trial offer. With the method above, it goes out to 90 days. I just did this and now I'll receive free 2 day priority shipping on any amount till November 3rd. :thumbup:

Did this last night. I don't normally buy much from Amazon but I'll be getting my books from there soon. Dunno if I'll get the 2 day shipping since its only on stuff from Amazon directly.

Got in on this earlier today. Already ordered a Play and Charge kit for the 360. The free shipping made it a good deal.

Add text books to your cart to add it up to 100 dollars. Select 2 day shipping(Next to it, it says about prime) It will come up with a dialog saying, do you want to accept a free 3 month Prime membership. Say yes.

Go to your Account and scroll down to Prime membership options. Say Do not auto renew.
