Does anyone follow any feng shui?
I was watching a show with my gf a while ago and this guy was finding a house but it had to have good feng shui. A lot of the rules were interesting and made sense.

:werd:....& i'm probably gonna get a ceiling fan soon so i can maybe bump the thermostat up a few degrees

i have a double "mystery switch" at the entrance to the living room....i finally figured out one side of it controls one plug receptacle in the outlet behind where i have the couch & the other doesn't seem to control any others, but there is a removable overhead plate in the ceiling where a light/ceiling fan should go, so i can only assume that is what the other switch controls. same thing in the bedroom

I re-arrange, but not as much as I used to.

We have a sectional couch and our TV is basically stuck in one place b/c of the cable and the placement of our fireplace. Can't re-arrange the bedroom b/c we only have 2 walls the bed fits on (due to windows and doors)...plus our TV is wall-mounted.

I re-arrange my office quite a bit, I was actually thinking about doing that again soon...maybe moving my desk to the loft....

This is our family room......but this furniture is ugly. Haha. Our tables (including "sofa" table and TV stand) are glass-top, not wood.....the reason there is nothing in the bottom right area is b/c that area is completely open to the kitchen (also near the entrance from the garage). Oh yea, and our couch is huge....the reason there is no arm on the right is b/c it is like a chaise....and we also have an ottoman that is usually at the end too.
