lowering the legal drinking age would be a good first step into eradicating alcoholism. Lots of countries don't have a drinking age, and don't have nearly the problem with alcoholism as the US...because is not so taboo.

word, and if minors want alcohol they will find a way to get it. A legal drinking age is just a small obstacle.
