I only wish that Extreme Makeover/ABC would require a provision in the agreement to give them a house that they can't put a mortgage on the house for things like that.

it was a house for them to live in because they had a dilapidated house in the first place. It wasn't so they can "pawn" it off to get money for a business venture.

exactly.

you don't put a house that was given to you by the effort and generosity of 1000s of people at risk like this. especially not 2 years into it. and besides, i'm sure the business venture excuse is complete bull anyway.

thats just crazy to invest the bulk of your homes value into a buisness venture, exspecially when your not in the best financial situation to start off. These people should be ashamed of thems selve this is such a slap in the face to those people who worked there asses off to give them this home and they blew it on nothing
