Most of this should be common sense, but it should be noted that this is only in cases where you're a suspect. I still think people have a civic duty to talk to the police in matters that could bring criminals to justice. This video doesn't really apply to the concept of "not narking".

Must suck to live in the NYC then because officers over in CA, break the 6 figure point (well at least Sheriff's do) at the sergeant rank. Most officers in CA start at Mid-55k to 60k, that's a lot more than most people make.
