mornin. I made a huge batch of curry chicken last night for lunch club today :yumyum: I can't wait for lunch

Pouring here too. It poured on our softball games for 20 min last night then it was clear, but the clouds reversed directions and came back. Wierd.

 

I decided to wing my recipe. I've read a few online and come up with my own variant using Onion, fresh tomato, garlic, curry, bunch of kinds of pepper (including jalapeño), red wine and chicken stock. I prefer it over french fries (influence f/ my english friend) but today it will be over rice.

leaving for work. i don't know if my alarm went off this morning and i don't remember turning it off, or if it just didn't go off

anyways, i woke up 20 minutes late because the house phone rang.

 

I was gonna go golfing after work today but i bet every course is a swamp. Maybe i will go to the range though because my new Taylor Made Burner 460 is out for delivery
