parents said they would get me a membership to the university rec center for winter term as my xmas present
so i will finally have gym access soon, the gf swims so i might try that a little
mostly it will be great since i can finally play some damn bball more than once every few weeks
doubt i will use the weights/cardio crap much, rather do it at home without greek kids annoying me
raquetball, indoor rock wall, damn im stoked
now i need to learn how to dribble and develop an offense h:
I'm actually starting to do cardio again. Even though i lift 3-4 days a week i am way out of shape endurance wise. Last week i started running at a pace i used to be able to hold and almost died at a half mile. Yesterday slowed it down some and made the whole mile. It also helps that step aerobics and volleyball were in the gyms to look at as i'm running around the track, a few hotties in there :run::boink:
Just stick with it, you'll be up to a reasonable pace in a couple months. In the first fitness camp (say february-ish), I could barely run 5 minutes, now I run a good 8 miles every week, and I know my body could handle more if I wanted to go skinny style. Just bump yourself up incrementally, and don't go too fast until your body is used to it.
I have 3 dinners to go to Thanksgiving weekend I'm gonna get fat h:
You've been saying this for weeks. That is fucking stoopid homey. If you get a head start before the gorgeing, you'll be better equipped to get back on the horse afterwards, rather than starting from scratch. Would you rather start your p90x from fat, exhausted and lazy, or from decent shape?
I know it's a moot point, since thanksgiving is in two days, but seriously.
