Default Having a guest account on XP not being able to install programs.

Ok...so I want to set up another account on my XP for "others" to use...mainly so they don't download shit on my computer (it's downstairs so it's not my primary computer).

How can I make it so only Admin mode can install programs?

But that's ok.... most spyware apps know how to get around that and will gladly install anyway. The restrictions really only apply to programs that follow the rules.

I'd go one step further and either put something like ZoneAlarm (and specifically block ports) or. even better, block ports at the router.

Go ahead, install it. Can't use it!
