send me monies and I will engrave for free

I have most of the weapons and vehicles modeled in 3D, so take your pick and if I have it modeled, I will price it out and we will get you one.

That's 10 degrees of awesome. Is there any way to add more polys to the barrel (to make it rounder), or can the CNC machine not handle that?

Yeah, I could make the barrel round easily, but I believe that the barrel in Halo 2 is squared off. The round is actually easier for the cnc because it is mostly a plunge and move with a ball nose bit, where the octagon it has to plunge and move a lot to make those angle surfaces really flat and crisp edged.

If I don't get a chance to cut this before I go to the desert, I will definitely do it when I get back in August.

I have the gravity hammer, mauler, missle pod, and rocket launcher that I have put into my CNC software, but I have most of the weapons in 3D, so if you want one that is not posted, let me know and I will get it into the software.

Obviously the ones that are full 3D (as in a model replica) are going to be about twice as expensive (twice the cutting) as the ones that could be cut as a plaque.

For you guys I will do engraving for free, and we can make this as custom as you want, the CNC will do anything that I can program and more on 3 axii

Size will also be a factor in the pricing, but unless you are going to go full scale with it, then it shouldn't be to pricey (compared to if I just charged you straight machining time)

depends on the size and if you want a real replica made.

If it is a plaque, depending on the size of the plaque and if you wanted it in hardwood and finished or someting like MDF and painted.

If you want a replica, it will also depend on the material used, but will be about twice the price of a plaque.

Obviously if you just want me to cut it and have you paint it, it will cost less.

But let's just take the Gravity Hammer for example

Say if it were 28 inches long, 8 inches wide, and 1.5 inches thick on a plaque

(remember engraving is free for a reasonable amount)
For hardwood, that is going to run about $200
For MDF and paint, about $150
For MDF just cut, about $100

For a full replica, it would be the same height and width, but it would be 3" thick

(remember engraving is free for a reasonable amount)
For hardwood, that is going to run about $375
For MDF and paint, about $275
For MDF just cut, about $200

:edit:

This does not include shipping, but I am sure I could get it to you for a decently reasonable price.
