Do eeeet. But don't cash out the 401K. Even if you didn't take penalties you should keep it for retirement. Get on with Fluor and roll it over to their system.

My Dad worked for Fluor for about three years and really liked it. He had nothing but good things to say about them. He only left because of a better offer from his previous employer. Otherwise he probably would have stayed much longer.

I've decided my criteria for future employment shall be

1) a small union
2) immigrants, minorities, and woman in the workforce. they typicall complain less and get things done quicker.
3) a parking lot that isn't full of trucks. people that drive trucks are stupid.

So get back at me once you've determined this.

Sounds like a sweet ass deal. Raise, less drive, education paid, flex time, and shit even the gym would all be reasons for me to go.

The vacation sucks, but you CAN technically get 3 day weekends all year :dunno:
