for 07+ it's a brand new engine so it's hard to say. stock boost levels are around 12psi. with the jcw stage 1 kit going up to 14.5-15.5psi.
however, there are some crazy tuners testing a GT25 turbo going as high as 19psi but no one is saying how much power it's making but estimated well over 250hp.

I'm about a year out from getting a new ride and I dig the Si, but one of the other cars I'm considering is the cooper S. my buddy has a regular cooper and the interior really impressed me how nice and roomy it is. it handles very well and is a fun little car. Am I weird for starting to dig one of these little hatches? I really dig the British Racing Green with a black roof for some reason.
anyone else like or hate them? I guess the fact that it get in the 30s for mpg is a big draw as well as fun handling.

i would look into it and yes there is a roof rack available so you can fit a bike on top.
