Love naps. If I were the CEO I would allow a 20-30 minute "Nap" time for the office. This would be on TOP of an hour lunch break.

After work I guess I don't "nap," but sleep because I'll crash for 2-3 hours, then wake up for a while before I have to force myself to sleep again.

back in the day, one of the offices i worked at from time to time had 1 hour lunches... i used to eat for the first 20 and then sleep for the next 30-40 mins... it was freakin great.
any other place ive worked, ive been limited to 30 minute lunches.
