From what I've learned on subliminal advertising is that were not entirely sure if it works that well. Clients pay a lot of money to get their ads seen and heard so they don't want agency's spending it on something that you don't know for sure will give you results.
It's better to try and clearly deliver your message than to try and subliminally get it into people's head.
