Default Universal Technical Institute

Hi, I'm currently in the Marine Corps. I am planning on going to UTI after my time in the military. Although I want to go to UTI, I am sort of confused on how the school works.

UTI's training programs are Automotive, diesel, and collision repair/ refinishing technology. I am only looking foward to going into the Automotive program.

But in the automotive program, it talks about the MSAT program. I am not sure if the MSAT program is the actual automotives program. On the site, it says, "And to get your career off to a running start, you can apply foracceptance into one of our postgraduate Manufacturer Specific Advanced Training (MSAT) programs."

Is the MSAT program the actual program for automotives or is it an "add-on" from the original Automotive program? If anyone has been to this school or have knowledge of how this school works, I would appreciate the help. thanks

But hey, I have 80 grand to use because of the GI Bill. If there are any other schools that are better than this that will land me a good job, tell me about it. The best school I could find so far is UTI, but I have heard that the school wasnt as good as they made it sound.

the words, post-graduate and specific advanced training makes it sound like the MSAT programs are done after you graduate to narrow what you've learned to a specific brand of car?

yeah i almost went to UTI as a few of my friends did, but i'm glad i didnt.

i finished an automotive program at community college as the #1 student, but look at me, what i do now has nothing to do with cars.

its really what u make of it.
