I've fallen in with the seat up once. It was 4am, dark, and I was groggy and had no contacts/glasses on needing to take a dump.

Thats the most retarded thing ever. Who doesnt INITIALLY check for the seat to be down. How old are you? It should be instilled in your brain by now.

I live with 3 males..its a non issue, really, and I don't mind taking that extra
.000025 seconds to flip it down if its up. It helps me keep the bathrooms clean, actually. I can see if the nasty pigs have filthied them up in between cleanings.
