I think that's better...because somebody who thinks they know something about everything and is wrong is just fucking annoying. If they know a lot of shit, they can almost be used as a resource.

 

My former roommate was one of those and thats the exact reason I never spoke to him. He always had a better story, more girls, more booze, coke involved and ended with him waking up somewhere and starting the day drinking again. Ohhh how I dont miss that house.

 

a friend of mine is somewhat like that, he isnt terrible, but he is annoying for sure

last week he was telling me about hanging out with a new girl, and they got along really well, to quote him, "we were finishing each others sentences by the end of the night"
what that really means is that he was interrupting everything she had to say all night long

i hate those. you're telling a story, and before you're really done with it, they start in with their similar story. i didn't start telling you my story so i could hears yours. i wanted to tell mine. part of the reason why i don't talk to people as often as i could.
