Just put an air conditioner in my room. I cranked that focker up all the way and its starting to get chilly It's been a long time coming. h:


Tomorrow, in goes the living room unit. :yay:

I'm probably going to get a window unit for my bedroom because it gets absolutely steamy upstairs. Insufficient A/C circulation FTL.

Werd, mine are window units installed ala Bob Vila... I knocked a hole in the wall and stuck that sucker in there.

LOL, I looked at a house last year that had one stuck in the wall of the master bedroom. I thought it was kinda weird and tacky since the house had A/C already but I guess it didn't do the trick since this was a home addition. But hey, if it keeps your balls cool, who cares I guess. :hs:

The main reason I went this route is because last summer I got several central AC bids, and they ranged from $3500 to $7000. No way I'm spending that kind of money to put a giant loud AC condenser on my front porch. I'll be in this project for about $600 depending on how I trim these up.
