at 10pm go to 42nd street and 2nd avenue (one of the world most famous bar and alot of hot chicks but this place fking pack 24/7 but alot of bobbies flying on top of the bar) 
about 11:30pm start going to 48th street and lex avenue (LQ english and spanish music 2 levels), the LQ building is a hotel itself or go the W hotel (49th st) with whatever chick u pickup or if u didnt pickup anyone for free then go to sin city in the bronx very nice place. don't go to scores that shit is gay and play out and so is any join around the 59th st bridge.

if u want excellent service, the best price, the best food and a nice bar then go to sofritos. sofritony.com/ that place is fking awesome and alot of hot girls from all over the world. 57th st and 1st avenue.

For dinner Forge might be okay, but I wouldn't bother going there to meet girls. Its in kind of a dead zone for nightlife.
If your buddy from Denmark doesn't mind spending a ton of money on drinks and wants to meet girls, he could try the lobby lounge at Mandarin Oriental. The view is spectacular, but no kidding -- $17+ per drink.
If he's not looking to blow his wad before he, uh, blows his wad, he should check out PS 450. The bridge and tunnel girls there will soak themselves competing to bang a genuine European. Nearby alternate: Union Bar. A little further south: Forum.
In the east village there's a bar called Phoebe's. This place is usually swarming with hammered NYU and SVA girls.
Library, Cheap Shots, and anything on St. Marks are great local bars, but not where I would send someone who is coming in from out of the country.
