if you could find one for sale, an early '90s NSX would be affordable. Probably get better mpg than at least the RX-8.

none of the above, the new evo X out performed the STI in just about every test and it looks great. The RX-8 at least the ones that are out right now are plauged with issues, learned that when i was looking in to them. The 350z is nice, but the subie or evo is gonna give you more bang for you buck with aftermarket support, and modding the 350z gets exspensive quick. Soooo yea evo x or bust :chuckles:
